Marble Martini:

We had one of these at the Westbury in Dublin, and its one of our favourite cocktails. We wrote down the ingredients, and learned how to do it at home. Here are the ingredients

Marble martini:

I part Jameson’s (preferably 12 Year Old)

I part Sweet vermouth

1 part Apricot brandy

Fresh lemon juice

Apricot jam

Sage leaves
